As Kari and Manriki walked around the city aimlessly, they finally felt a need to stop and sit down. Kari looked up at the sky, a pale ghostly color mixed in with the dust and soot and ash of the dead and destroyed. Manriki fixed his wire-frame glasses a bit and began looking around the area scanning for any search of life. The lenses picked up a signal northeast of their location towards what looked like the remains of what looked like a large manor of some kind. He nudged Kari and pointed in the direction. Kari nodded, stood up slowly, stretched, and they began walking to the signal.

After leaving Caldarium behind with the knowledge they have now, Luke and Manriki tried to use the card in Maya since she began to react heavily when it was brought aboard and yearning it like a dying man for water. Kari gave command of the Cobalt Star to Olaf as she went to her quarters.

"Captain, after doing a search I have finally found a planet named Caldarium. We're not too far from it and we may have a problem," Gallium reported as Kari and the others had teleported back onto the ship.
